A7Value is a firm of financial experts that provides financial valuations for a variety of applications, as well as consulting services in financial modeling and planning.
What makes us different is that we take great care to understand your needs and the issues related to your specific context. This enables us to provide you with a solid, perfectly adapted assessment. We then tailor our deliverables to your requirements, prioritizing transparency and clarity.

Our Team
Martin Danné
We created A7 Value with my partner Hacen Merdji after working on the valuation of more than a hundred companies ranging from family-run SMEs to large international groups.
Alumnus of SKEMA and North Carolina State University (NCSU), I began my career in Capgemini’s group finance department in Paris and Hong Kong before joining A7tax as a financial valuator. I was awarded my CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation in 2023 after passing all three exams in three years.
Hacen Merdji
I founded A7Value with my partner Martin Danné in order to share our skills and expertise to help our clients achieve their financial and strategic objectives.
I graduated from ESCP Europe and the University of Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne, where I am also a lecturer. I have been working as a financial valuator for more than 3 years and before that, I worked in financial auditing within a big four company, as well as in the strategic management of an industrial group.
